If you have mild pain, you may preferably take paracetamol up to 4x 1 g. Alternatively, you can take ibuprofen up to 4x 400 mg. These recommendations only apply if there is no known intolerance or stomach or kidney problems. You should rather avoid aspirin because it promotes haematomas.
